The Dakhla PKRA 2011 stop was my first PKRA competition.

I arrived there two days before the competition to train and prepare myself on this new spot.

On this stop the PKRA organization decided to change the main event like 24 riders on it and not 32 like other time. So there was a competition before the competition witch was the Trials.

During the Trials the wind was really strong like 35 knots.

My first heat was against Seb Garat and another riders; after 50% tricks crashed and 50% tricks landed I finished 2^nd of this heat.

After two heats I lost again an Australian rider, he was better than me in these conditions.

Of course I’m a little bit disappointed about my results but I don’t forget my goal for this year witch is to test myself on the competitions (PKRA and KTE) to train a lot next winter and be ready next season.

Cet hiver je passe 2 mois à Sao Miguel Do Gostoso dans le Nord Est du Brésil, une région réputée pour ces conditions de vent incroyable.

En effet depuis que je suis arrivé il y 3 semaines , aucune journée ne fut dépourvue de vent, je m’entraîne donc tout les jours avec la ferme intention d’être prêt pour la saison 2011.

Cette année NICE KITEBOARDING a mis au point des straps et des pads à mon nom.

Je devrais les recevoir demain, afin de faire quelques photos pour le catalogue 2011.
